TALKED INTO EXISTENCE
Like many good stories, El Taco Taco wasn't part of a grand plan.
It started as a collaboration with a passionate Mexican kitchen that brought authentic flavours into our bar. The response was incredible, and it quickly became clear that great tacos and good times were a perfect match.
When the opportunity came to continue the journey ourselves, the decision was easy. With the same talented chefs still in the kitchen, the authentic flavours our guests had come to love remain at the heart of everything we do.
The name may be new, but the passion isn't.
Our own love affair with Mexico began years ago, sitting on plastic chairs at a tiny taquería in Tulum. After one unforgettable meal, we looked at each other and said, "Imagine bringing this feeling to Zurich."
Maybe we spoke it into existence.
Today, El Taco Taco is our take on modern Mexican street food—a place inspired by the taquerías of Mexico, where fresh food, cold drinks and good company come together.
